How to Track
- Have a tracking number? Find it in your shipping confirmation email and enter it above to see live updates.
- No tracking email yet? Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Check your spam folder, or enter your order number and email above and we'll send it to you.
- Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update after you receive the number.
Tracking Statuses
- Info received: the label is created; the carrier hasn't scanned your parcel yet.
- In transit: your parcel is moving between facilities or countries.
- Customs / clearance: passing through customs. Duties are prepaid, so no action is needed.
- Out for delivery: your local carrier will deliver it today or soon.
- Delivered: your parcel has arrived. Can't find it? Check with neighbours, then email us.
- Exception / alert: a delay or address issue. Email us and we'll sort it out.
No Update for 7+ Days?
International parcels can go quiet while moving between countries. That's normal for a few days. If your tracking hasn't changed in 7 or more days, email shopminicraft@outlook.com with your order number and we'll check with our shipping partner. If your package is confirmed lost, you're covered by our Refund Policy.
