Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time via our international shipping partner, 4PX.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Duties & Taxes
All prices include shipping and applicable import duties (Delivered Duty Paid). You won't be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. See our Refund Policy for how claims work.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
